Warez: Real Music Piracy

The music industry has over the last few years pursued lawsuits against file sharing that are at best desperate and at worst frivolous and ill-conceived. Its recent attempt to sue Limewire.com for$75 trillion is a good example of the latter. But there is definitely a line between sharing files that one owns and perhaps shouldn’t be allowing unlimited numbers of other people to download for free and outright, blatant theft of intellectual property to be capitalized upon in the digital black market.
